[LUAU] open source ghosting/wiki syntax?

I was interested (& slightly confused) by the
discussion of open source ghosting. I've put a page on
the wiki
(http://www.hosef.org/wiki/OpenSourceGhosting) to try
to condense/verify/expand on what I learned in that
discussion. The page is just a sketch at the moment, I
plan to do some actual ghosting and fill it out when I
know what I'm doing.

Also, one of the URLs I try to link to has a ~ in it,
and the wiki software elides it, breaking the URL.
Anyone know how to fix it?
